1. Identity and nature of the site

2. Comprehensive scope of service
The Consultant integrates a multidisciplinary team that offers unified services under NOM/NFPA Standards in:
2.1. Hydraulic Engineering and Suppression Systems: Design and calculation of fire water networks under international standards and norms.
2.2. Detection and Alarm Systems: Consulting and design under international standards and norms.
2.3. Clean Agent Fire Extinguishing Systems: Specialty in suppression systems for special hazards (Data Centers, electrical rooms, etc.).
2.4. Brigade Training and Risk Diagnosis: Operational training and vulnerability analysis.
2.5. Audits and Technical Surveys: Inspection of existing systems to verify their regulatory compliance and operability.
3. Audit visits and on-site surveys
3.1 The visits are intended for technical diagnosis, auditing of installed systems, or surveying requirements for new projects.
3.2 The Client is responsible for guaranteeing safe access conditions and providing the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
3.3 The Consultant is not responsible for hidden defects, non-visible systems, obstructions in pipes, or incomplete technical information provided by the Client during the inspection.
4. Economic conditions and prepayments
4.1 Prepayment: The Client accepts that every technical consulting session, initial diagnosis, audit, or survey visit entails a professional fee that must be settled 100% in advance to confirm the staff's schedule.
4.2 Travel and Expenses: Depending on the project's location, additional charges for travel may apply, which must be covered prior to the performance of the service.
4.3 No Refund: Once the consulting time has been rendered or the visit has been carried out, the payment is non-refundable, as it covers the technical and professional availability of the specialists.
5. Report and technical deliverables
5.1 Scope of the Report: Audit and diagnosis reports reflect the state of the system strictly at the time of the inspection.
5.2 Implementation Responsibility: The Consultant detects areas for opportunity or non-compliance, but the implementation of corrections is the exclusive responsibility of the Client. The Consultant is not responsible for incidents occurring in systems that have not been corrected according to the report's recommendations.
5.3 Intellectual Property: Reports, hydraulic calculations, and design memories are the intellectual property of the Consultancy and are delivered for the exclusive use of the contracted project.
6. Limitation of technical liability
We are responsible for the accuracy of the calculations and conclusions delivered. No liability is assumed if third parties (installers or Client's personnel) modify the designs or alter the configuration of the detection or suppression systems without our prior supervision.
7. Digital infrastructure and jurisdiction
Despite the fact that the storage of this site resides on servers in California, USA, the Client accepts that any legal relationship and the resolution of disputes shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the United Mexican States and the competent courts in Monterrey, N.L., waiving any other jurisdiction by reason of their present or future domicile.
